How we collect, use and look after the personal information you choose to share with us, and the rights you have over it.

This policy explains what personal information we hold, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written in plain English because that is how we work.
Who we are
Double Tap Marketing is a trading name of AA2 Ltd, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 10899773. Our registered office is Office 68, Bowman House Business Centre, Whitehill Lane, Royal Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire SN4 7DB.
AA2 Ltd is the data controller for any personal information collected through this website or through our correspondence with you.
The information we collect
This is a brochure website. It has no forms, no accounts and no tracking, so simply browsing it sends us no personal information at all.
The only personal information we hold about you is what you choose to give us when you phone us, email us, or book a call through the booking calendar. That is typically:
- your name
- your company
- your contact details, such as a phone number or email address
- the detail of your enquiry
How we use your information
We use the information you give us to:
- respond to your enquiry
- arrange and prepare for any call you book with us
- provide our services to you if you become a client
We do not use your information for anything else, and we do not add you to marketing lists because you asked us a question.
Our lawful basis
Under UK data protection law we need a lawful basis for holding your information. Ours are:
- Legitimate interests: responding to and following up business-to-business enquiries that you have made to us.
- Performance of a contract: where you become a client, we process the information needed to deliver the services you have engaged us for.
The booking calendar
The calendar you can use to book a call is provided by our parent company's scheduling system. It collects only the information you enter into it, which is used solely to arrange and prepare for your call. Nothing else is gathered in the background.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics tracking. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to: nothing is collected as you browse.
Who we share your information with
We never sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need in order to operate, such as our email hosting and the scheduling system behind the booking calendar, and only to the extent needed to handle your enquiry or deliver our services.
How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it to us. Enquiry correspondence is kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as legal and accounting obligations require.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you
- rectification: have anything inaccurate corrected
- erasure: have your information deleted
- restriction: limit how we use it
- objection: object to our use of it
- portability: receive a copy in a usable format

Complaints
