Anti-Bullying Policy

Harassment can occur even if the individual does not have the protected characteristic themselves (e.g., perceiving someone as transgender).

3.2 Bullying

Bullying involves persistent, offensive, intimidating, malicious, or insulting behavior that undermines an individual’s dignity or creates a hostile environment. It can be verbal, physical, or psychological.

  4. Sexual Harassment:

    • Unwanted sexual advances

    • Inappropriate comments or gestures

    • Displaying offensive material

5. Reporting and Investigation

  1. Reporting Procedure:

    • Any individual who experiences or witnesses harassment or bullying should report it promptly to their supervisor, HR, or a designated contact person.

    • Anonymous reporting channels are available.

  2. Investigation:

    • All complaints will be thoroughly investigated.

    • Confidentiality will be maintained to the extent possible.

    • The complainant and accused will be treated fairly.

  3. Support for Victims:

    • Victims will receive appropriate support during the investigation.

    • Measures may include counseling, adjustments to work arrangements, or relocation.
