Background

Our client is a family run business offering assistance throughout each stage of someone’s financial life journey. They’ve been trading over 30 years and have over 450 happy clients around the country.

 

The telemarketing approach had not been tried before and frankly, they were very sceptical as anything related to wealth and peoples money is such a personal subject, only certain telemarketers could make a success of even a simple campaign.

Goal

Put our client in front of high-net-worth individuals to discuss everything from investments to pensions.

Process

Working with a digital inbound marketing specialist, we were given potential leads to speak with, so we could then understand their current needs and if there was a genuine opportunity, book in a meeting between our client and the customer.

Results

We hit daily, monthly and quarterly targets by over 150% consistently. The meetings are 95% attended and there has been ‘significant’ business won directly from our efforts and skill on the phone.
